Proven Track Record

Randy Rhodes has many years of experience in the seafood industry, particularly in farm-raised catfish. With his extensive experience as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and more recently as President and CEO of a US-based farmed-raised catfish company, Randy possesses in-depth knowledge of the entire food industry in the United States. His expertise extends to fresh seafood for retail, frozen seafood for food service, value added products, restaurant chains, as well as involvement in the political arena at federal, state, and local levels.


Randy's involvement in transportation, seafood processing, and sales of both fresh and frozen seafood showcases his comprehensive understanding of the industry’s operations. His experience in the US farm raised catfish process includes farming, live hauling, seining of the fish, and feedmill operations. He demonstrates his commitment to ensure a seamless supply chain for the processing facilities whether vertically integrated or not.
